Tutoring: Successful students use this!

Did you know that students with higher grades use tutoring? Many people believe you have to be getting lower grades to use tutoring. Not true! Many students with higher grades use tutoring because they take advantage of the tools they have!

LCCC offers free tutoring to enrolled LCCC students in a variety of subjects. Individual face-to-face tutoring sessions last for up to 60 minutes. Groups sessions last up to one hour. Students are asked to come prepared with specific content questions. We also have an assortment of human anatomical models housed for student use in the science lab.

NetTutor: our free 24/7 online tutoring service, is available to LCCC students accessible from right inside your course. Inside your course click on the NetTutor button. This will load a new page for you where you can access tutoring based on your course or you can access the writing center. In these areas you can either drop in to a session, make an appointment, or drop off a question or paper to later get back and review.
